Dharma-Burger! “Zen Compound.”

Thanks to James of The Buddhist Blog for sending on this latest example from the rash of “Buddha bars.” This one, located in San Francisco, is called Temple, and features a “Shrine Room,” the “Zen Compound,” and a restaurant named Prana.

Just when you think you’ve seen it all comes the commercial for “natural male enhancement” pill “Zencore.” In addition to its particularly gross appropriation of “Zen,” the ad depicts a dude in an elevator who’s just taken the pill, clearly has sex with a female co-passenger, and then when she gets out, he clearly is [...]
